Shamar Martin​ - Co CEO - Organization Development
​
Shamar a native of Hartford, CT and recent graduate of Springfield College worked for a 5 years in the NFL Executive Office where he was heavily involved in player engagement and personnel. He is a huge fan of the UCONN womens basketball program and is excited for when they will start thier new win streak next season.

Justin Lako - Co CEO - Operations
​
Justin is a recent graduate of Springfield College. While there, Justin spent many years working operations with the Spalding HoopHall Classic. He also spent a season working game operations and sales for the Springfield Thunderbirds. When not working, Justin enjoys being with friends and watching all types of sporting events.
Dan Poodiack - CEO - Ticket Services

Dan is a graduate of the Springfield College Sport Management department. Dan worked for 3 years as a high school Athletic director. After his time in high school moved to the MLB where he worked in the commissioners office. When not working, Dan enjoys hiking, biking, and fishing.

Avalon Mclaren- Co CEO - Marketing
Avalon is graduate of Springfield College in sport management. Avalon spent 3 years working Marketing and promotions for the Miami Heat. Avalon Enjoys playing basketball and video games with family and friends. He aspires to one day own his own AAU basketball organization based in his hometown Brockton, MA.
Jake Batista- Co CEO- Community Outreach
Jake Batista is a graduate from Springfield College with a major in Sports Management and a minor in Sports Analytics and Business Management. Jake has experience working in the front office of the Boston Celtics that focused on player development and scouting. Now with the Pittsburg Phantoms he is in charge of the teams community outreach.
