With Employees

​

We have a very strong communication process between our employees. every Friday at about 4:00 PM, we meet as a staff to discuss the previous week. We talk about our goals - were they met? We recap our week - Did each sales rep contact everyone they needed to? Did anyone have any negative comments or experiences that they want to share? Positive experiences? Our staff always communicate with each other so they know what each other member is working on. We aim to operate as one functional unit, and knowing how each person does their job is key. It creates a synergistic work team.

With Fans

We will have constant contact with fans daily on a variety of platforms. Our sales staff is responsible for maintaining contact and relationships with all season ticket holders, corporate box owners, sponsors, etc. and these relationships MUST be maintain, or the relationship could fall apart. For our cold call leads, each staff member has a sales quota for each day, so each staff member should have a minimum of 50 contacts made each day. We will also be very involved on social media. Fans share their experiences and thought all over the Internet, and we want to make each fan feel involved, as if they're a part of our community. We will respond to tweets, comments, opinions, and anything that centers around who the Phantoms are as an organization.
