




Program Description

Host a full 41 home game schedule for the Pittsburgh Phantoms (expansion NBA team)
-
Host NCAA March Madness once every 3 years (or as often as possible)
-
Host city for NBA All Star Weekend once every 5 years (promote the team)

Hold concerts for top performers once every week during the NBA offseason and once every other week during the season in order to maximize revenue and venue usage

Hold UFC/wrestling events once every month or when the facility has the availability to host these events

Stand up comics to be hosted the same as concerts (based on availability)

Other performances such as Monster Jam, Disney on Ice, and Harlem Globetrotters will fill out our schedule to host as many events as possible

The creation of new social "hubs" and clusters in Pittsburgh

The new "hub" would include: PNC Park, John Heinz History Center, and the Mellon Green
