The Pittsburgh Phantoms understand that we are in a unique business. We have three spheres of customers that we need to keep happy. Two of the spheres are the players and our employees. The players are employees but dealing with them is different than working with someone from the marketing department. The last sphere is our fans. Keeping our fans happy is one of top priorities. Fans have many wants and needs. It is our jobs to fulfil the fans needs and try to fulfil their wants. As the world and technology evolves so does the wants and needs of our customers.
